Customer Terms

Customer Terms / MSA

Atlas should contract with customers through a written order form and customer terms or master services agreement. The downloadable template below is drafted for a B2B warehouse-operations deployment where customers control workforce and operational data and Atlas provides the hosted software service.

The template covers service scope, account provisioning, customer responsibilities, security, confidentiality, customer data ownership, retention and return or deletion, incident handling, acceptable use, liability allocation, and the priority of the DPA for personal-data processing terms.
This public page is only a summary. The full customer terms should be signed with the applicable customer and should identify the contracting Atlas legal entity, governing law, billing terms, and service levels.
Recommended commercial and operational clauses
  • Customer-controlled account provisioning, role assignment, and warehouse scope.
  • Atlas security commitments, support path, and change-management expectations.
  • Operational-content ownership remaining with the customer.
  • Deletion or return on termination, subject to legal retention and short-term backup windows.
  • Security-incident notice language tied to confirmed incidents affecting customer personal data.
